Shipped immediately! As described, the laptop was spotless. It was a pleasure transacting with Daniel, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

MacBook arrived but there were several problems with it. I spent the first few hours trying to already fix it. The OS was not wiped correctly and was left crippled. Seller should re-verify that the computer is ready to be setup before shipping. It's a simple courtesy.

The shipping was done horribly. The amount of super small bubble wrap would not protect a $2,000 item. Having ordered high ticket items from other places, the packaging could have been done better.

KNOX was tripped on the device even though it was advertised as never being rooted or having a custom ROM installed. So either the seller meant to deceive or does not know how to check if a device is rooted. There was also no communication from the seller when I brought the issue up. So purchase with a grain of salt. It arrived in the physical condition advertised and was shipped in a timely manner. I still would have brought the device if I had known that KNOX was tripped so that is why I decided to keep it and not make a big deal. I just don't like being mislead. It also voids the manufacturers warranty so it could cause issues for novice buyers who don't know how to check to see if KNOX has been tripped.

Everything went okay up to the shipping part. The Moto 360 I purchased included additional accessories (charger and two additional watch bands). The watch and one charger were packaged in the original box while the remaining accessories were left loose in the USPS shipping box. Virtually no padding was included and so the items (including the OEM watch box) moved around a lot inside the shipping box causing some damage to the second charger and stainless steel watch band. The seller did not wish to address this issue beyond apologizing. Hopefully, this will not happen again. The items do function properly however I paid top dollar and expected these items to all arrive in good condition as they would have had they been packed with care.
