Brandon was very attentive to any questions I've had about the phone. I was actually surprised that the shipment was planned to arrive in such a short time and that I didn't have to pay any extra for shipping. Even after I received the phone he was quick to respond to any looming questions I had about it. Clean ESN, which made me happy. And the phone even impressed the Verizon store rep. (well the ghost armor on it)
