I bought a galaxy s4 new in box. It was new as indicated with everything included. Phone looks/works great. Seller was prompt with delivery and was prompt with answers to questions/comments I had during the selling process. I would definitely buy from this seller again and use swappa again. a very positive experience.

Phone was sent via USPS in a padded envelope with small amount of bubble wrap, would have preferred a box for safety. Seller advertised 2 day shipping. Bought on Saturday. Shipped on Monday. First delivery attempt was on Thursday. Still quick shipping but not as advertised. Phone was in advertised condition. Communication with seller was okay. When commented that I received on Thursday. Seller told me that it was my fault that I got it then and that USPS tried to deliver it on Tuesday and to give him 5 stars. I had been tracking the package and the first attempt was on Thursday. The unneeded attempt to tell me I was at fault is the reason for the lower rating.

Phone arrived safely and quickly but the included accessories should have been tossed to begin with. Good seller, but definitely needs to change his wording in future listings as far as accessories are concerned.

I will like to give you 5 stars if the accessories are in good quality too. Over all, it is a good transaction.

I am surprised that for a 'new in the box' that the battery life is so short compared to other Razr Maxx's I've bought. It has arrived.
