The seller was very quick with communication, and the phone is in great shape, with lots of extras as described. The sim card was not unused and therefore had to be replaced, but that was free and easy enough to do at a Verizon store (and the seller didn't realize that that would be an issue, I'm guessing he'll do that differently should he sell any more phones). He shipped it the very next day after I ordered. I would not hesitate to buy from Bruce.
