I had an extremely poor experience with this seller.

The item was sent to me with a defect (non-functioning display and touch screen, extremely poor battery), and, because it took a little while to diagnose these issues and therefore the item wasn't identical to when it arrived to me, the seller refused a return, even though the device was not qualified to be sold on Swappa because of its defects.

Additionally, during the resolution process (which never satisfactorily ended), the seller became angry at me for being dissatisfied with the resolution process, using such anger to justify revoking a previously-agreed-upon partial refund. They called me a "scammer", claimed I was trying to "steal" from them, etc. Not a good way to communicate.

Poor communications, poor product, overall dissatisfied.
