Jon was nice but not very helpful when the phone he sent got lost in the mail for a week and a half. He didn't check to make sure the phone was delivered. I spent hours on the phone with USPS for five straight days, but Jon "lol"d when he told me he didn't have the time to spend on hold with USPS. I didn't appreciate having to wait a week and a half after the phone was supposed to be delivered without any real support from the seller. The packaging was terrible--so bad that Jon apologized on a Post-It in the package and online. He put the phone in a small used sleeve that had small bubble wrap but all the bubbles were already popped, and then put that in a regular envelope. Thank goodness Apple makes durable products, because somehow the phone survived being shipped like that. I'm hoping the crappy packaging didn't take months or years off of my phone. :( The phone itself was in mint condition as described, so for that I was grateful.
