Found out this seller is selling phones that are financed and therefore cannot be unlocked... possibly ever since he has no idea who the prior owners are and if they are actually going to pay off their contracts. He admitted that he lied when he agreed to the terms and sold phones that he knew were financed. He also refuses to refund money with a returned phone.

Phone is perfect, as advertised. I saved a lot of money, very happy with purchase.
