The device had a feature that didn't work from day one. 2nd screen not working with main one off. Notified seller and did some troubleshooting but couldn't fix. Gave seller a choice refund $30 or I return phone for full refund. Initially seller agreed to $30 refund and then after I sent phone for repairs to LG changed his mind and wanted the phone back. Sent phone to LG for 3rd time they still haven't fixed the issue. Had no communication from seller since he changed his mind.
