Bought iPhone on 9/24, Seller shipped promptly on 9/25 - received phone on 10/2. Both the wifi and gps did not work properly on the phone, but I received word from seller that neither of these problems were present before he sold it. I tried multiple restore attempts without any success at fixing it, and finally took phone to apple store, where they replaced it. I never asked the seller to return the phone, but would have if apple had not replaced the phone. This is a great website but remember, buy at your own risk.
