Item was shipped & arrived promptly but was NOT as described. The description stated only the upper left corner of the lcd was blackened but in reality the entire left side of the screen was blackened. Seller offered a $20 credit if I kept the device or partial refund $20 less than purchase price. To avoid a lengthy PayPal dispute I agreed to partial refund of $10 less than purchase price. When the refund was received it was of his original offer ($20 less than purchase price). Swappa staff did intervene and the seller complied refunding the additional $10. Nightmare of a transaction, compounded by the seller not having a good grasp of the English language
