I bought it and did not know it could not function as a phone. The Nexus 7 delivered though not mint was OK.

When trying to upgrade to JB 4.3 today, it showed the Nexus 7 was modified with ClockMod v6.0.2.3 and the Nexus 7 was bricked. Should have warned me it was modified and then return to JB 4.2.2. It is now a piece of brick.
