Lloyd communicated promptly throughout the transaction and shipped the phone the next day after I bought it. It was described as Mint and it arrived as described, well packed, in the original box, with the book, the chargers, dock, and 2 nice cases. He even included the Sim card tool. I am totally happy with the phone & the service that Lloyd gave for this purchase. All this at a good price, what more could you ask for. Oh, BTW, I activated this Nexus 5 on TING.
