Very pleased with service I received from Bernard. I received the device and it was exactly how he advertised it was. At first I wasn't able to activate the phone, I called Bernard and we did a 3 way call with Sprint to find out what was going on because we were getting different stories. In the end it was a glitch on Sprint's end and I was able to activate the phone. Bernard was very helpful through the whole ordeal and even offered to reimburse me or work out another deal with me if we couldn't get the phone activated. Thanks again Bernard.

I will not be using this seller again because 6 days after I purchased the phone I had to ask what the status was. Only then was the phone shipped out.
