I received this device very quickly after purchase in the condition that was described by the seller. It is fully functional. Works great! I have connected it to a carrier and it works flawlessly as far as I can tell. This was my first purchase on swappa and I would definitely consider buying from this seller and/or swappa again in the future. Five stars and thumbs up! :)
