The computer itself is as described. However, it took eight days to ship a computer across two states. This caused stress for me, since I needed it for work.

Everything arrived in the condition described and in well-secured packaging.

The unit came in pretty good visual condition, an image showed the battery displayed that it needed servicing, but when I got it, the trackpad did not click down and it would randomly stop charging. I doubt he knew about the issue, but the battery was so swollen inside that I had to replace it immediately, once the battery was replaced the laptop worked great and has been a champ for the past few months.
