The sale experience was good. There is a weird clicking noise in one of the headphones when there is no music playing…. No problem usage wise, as when the music comes on it disappears.. just wish there was transparency before the sale.

Received and my son seems happy with it

Received the phone quickly and was packed in original box and original package, looked brand new. Perfect condition in my opinion, probably undersold how nice it was. Had some issues with activation but Derek worked diligently on his end to get it fixed. Was very good at communicating promptly. Pretty certain the sale included 2 cases, and there were 3 which was a nice surprise and the last thing I appreciated was the fact that the phone had a glass protector on the screen which only made it that much better. Thank you
