Don't really know what constitutes a 5 star rating, but the phone works. Has no personal info. Which is nice, thank you for reseting the phone. Asked the seller to put a haiku on the box, just for fun; which they did. I guess that constitutes a full rating. Received everything in the description. Can't say I'd 100% buy from the seller again, however when I need a new phone a few years from now, and happen to see the seller listing what I want, I'd definitely pick them over another. Great phone, got everything, thank you
