If you advertise an item in like-new or mint condition, I expect it to be pristine. The device I received was not. Other than that, I have no complaints. Communication was good and shipping was fast.

Phone had minor scratches but was listed as new. Still a very nice phone but I wanted new. Seller processed refund quickly after I showed pics of scratches and shipped it back.

Device appears to be working as expected. No noticeable flaws. Only gave 4 stars because listing promised "and Fast and free 2 day shipping!" Bought device 3/24 at 10:14PM. Received device 3/30 at 1:19PM. Sure, most of that is probably on the USPS, but if seller can't guarantee "and Fast and free 2 day shipping!" then it shouldn't be included in the listing.
