The original description for this phone noted that it had speaker issues due to a software issue, but after installing several different versions of Android OS, it's become pretty obvious that it's a hardware issue, and that wasn't disclosed. Also, the phone was packaged poorly. It was literally just thrown into a box. It didn't even look like it had been cleaned at all.
