This was my first and possibly last purchase on Swappa. The seller sent the phone in a timely manner and was originally very responsive. The phone was in great physical condition, came with a bunch of accessories, and arrived in just a few days. However, upon making the first phone call, it was painfully obvious there was something seriously wrong with the phone, as the person on the other end could hear a loud echo of themselves. We tested this extensively, and notified the seller as soon as the problem was apparent, and continued to update him as we tested and troubleshooted the problem. He was unresponsive at best. Insisting that there was no problem with the phone, suggested that we broke the phone from the moment we received it. I had to have swappa interject several times just to get a response from him after several days of silence. I guess that's the risk you take with a used phone. Will not use this seller again.
