Amazing. The phone's display had a hard-to-notice defect. It wasn't mentioned in the description- an honest mistake. The seller did everything in his power to help me get an RMA replacement for this device, as I would have rather kept it than sent it back. It took a lot of work on his part but we got one, and the device is now getting fixed. Couldn't have been a better experience all considered.
