As you would with any electronic that you buy used I gave it a few days of use before giving feedback. Upon first receiving the phone I noticed that the nicks in it weren't as bad as the images had shown, and there where no scuffs or scratches to the screen at all. After 2 days of use the battery seemed good so all in all I got better then I had expected. Thanks for the good buy.
