Joel was super responsive and answered all of my questions. He was even kind enough to include a keyboard with the iPad, even though it wasn't officially part of the Swappa sale. He shipped the iPad out super fast and I received everything exactly as described. He even shipped it in the original box with all the original accessories, including the extra Apple Pencil tip and charging adapter. Big thumbs up for that. Highly, highly recommended. 6 stars :)
