Phone in excellent shape and arrived in exactly the condition it was described as on Swappa. Seller responsive to messages. My only complaint (a small one) is the phone was shipped via ground and thus we didnt get it for a week after buying. But I also should have asked the seller about anticipated shipping service/shipping time from when negotiating the price and finalizing the sale, so that is my lesson learned.
