I was very happy with my experience with Swappa, will recommend to friends, and will come back in the future when I'm looking to buy another phone. I will say that I was confused as to how I was going to activate the Mint trial that I signed up for at check-out. I may have just missed something, but after checking out I could not find any direction regarding the process with receiving my SIM and activating my Mint trial. Fortunately the Mint SIM showed up via FedEx only an hour or so after my phone arrived and I was then able to put two-and-two together. I would suggest adding a little info either via email or in the "Status" area of my purchase cart (which I can always go back and look at after purchase) giving a heads up that Mint would be mailing a SIM to me within X amount of time.
