the Macbook Air arrived in the described condition and functioned correctly, however it did not have Office 2016 installed as in the description. I also had to purchase a replacement for the included aftermarket charger. The one that came with the MBA stopped working in less than two weeks.

Laptop was in great condition, shipping was fast, it's still working fine after 3 months

It arrived in 2.5 days which was sooner than predicted-- and in wonderful condition.

I have had this computer for only 3 months now, and the battery has already failed and I had to buy a brand new laptop this morning because I had to get work done. The laptop was beat up way more than described and I am disappointed in how short the life of it was since I paid $331 for it.

Poor packaging! Also, need to supply more pictures and a better description. I would not have bought if I had seen the BIG dent on the bottom and side of the machine.

the mac I received was faulty and would glitch. While I was watching YouTube or any other video the screen would randomly split diagonally down the middle.
