Seller was not responsible / ethical seller . IPhone was received damaged to buyer ; most likely damaged unshipping. Seller had no shipping insurance. Seller offered buyer NO options : either return or some sort of compensation. Buyer (me !) had to fight it out on PayPal. Seller would not allow a return. Swappa did nothing but said work it out between buyer and seller. Seller was COMPLETELY unreasonable & illogical. Seller sent the buyer the iphone back & PayPal 'should give' refund. BAD experience !

Fast responder, phone was mint condition hence the cracked tempered glass that arrived ( no worries as the screen protector was not in the best condition anyway via in description).
