I've had the phone for a little under 3 months now and it has become obvious there is an issue with the microphone. It is a problem that has only become really apparent in the last month because I've been using my phone a lot more for work.

The seller said he cannot refund my purchase because I've had the phone for almost 3 months, even though there is no post on his profile or the website saying there is a time limit on reporting an issue to get a refund.
