Pros : Shipped same day, Device was well packed for transit. Device was new as described
Neutral : Shipping speed. Sent UPS ground, took 6 calendar days to arrive.
Cons : Didn't send the same item as advertised (wrong color) I specifically bought this listing for the silver. When contacted the seller responses were delayed. Did offer a full refund for a return but by that point i needed to give to my wife as is. did not have time to return and buy another. Seller was not on their best game for this transaction. Hope you can improve on your next sale.
