Had some issues activating the phone, due to porting to a new service. Although this was not an issue with the phone, Ryan was very helpful throughout the entire process. Since then, the phone has been phenomenal. The cosmetic issues that made Ryan list this device as fair are hardly even noticeable. Purchasing through him was a great experience and the phone is in perfect working condition. He even provided all the paperwork on warranty information, as well. Highly recommended seller!

The product was shipped and arrived quickly, and looks and works great! I was only surprised when I received it to see that it was originally an Apple Refurbished product. It's not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know in the listing, as a factor in decision making.
