The packing could have been better. Just loose bags inside a not so sturdy box. Box was pretty beat up/smashed when it arrived thanks to mishandling during shipping process. Thankfully, the phone box and contents were not affected. Phone as described! Works perfect! Great device for the price. Will do business again.
