Jen was really friendly and communicative in giving me information about my package, and it arrived in a timely manner. Although when I opened the MacBook, both the screen and keyboard were covered with dust, and some of the palm surface area had smudges, as if this wasn't wiped down and cleaned before being shipped out. Aside from that though, everything else is perfectly functional and as advertised. She also included the original box which is a big plus for me. Thank you so much!
