Updated: I have not had the computer for 2 months yet and I am having to replace the hard drive. The computer has run slow and lagged since I received it. I just chalked it up to being an older device. I have been unable to get it to load for nearly a week. I got on the phone with Apple Support who informed me that the hard drive is most likely corrupted and I needed to purchase a new one. I understand in buying a used device I am not getting something that is in perfect condition but a corrupted hard drive is not acceptable.

I received the item in the exact condition as described. When I was unable to sign into the computer the seller was very helpful and prompt in getting the problem solved!
