I bought a LG G5 from this seller.

Unfortunately, the phone arrived with some cosmetic damage on the screen that was not advertised. It is not clear whether this was due to shipping or negligence of the seller (I do not believe the seller did this on purpose); nonetheless, I received an inaccurately advertised phone and the seller was not open to refund due to this inaccuracy. The reason I did not give the seller one star is because he was very helpful in discussing the issue, but that does not change the fact that I have a product that is unacceptable per the advertised standards.
