This seller was AMAZING! The phone is exactly what we ordered and she shipped it the same day we ordered it (we paid for expedited shipping). And then when USPS messed everything up and send the package all over the country for a week, she contacted USPS for a refund and refunded us the expedited shipping. I can't say enough good things about this seller and I would absolutely buy from her again.
