Phone was listed as mint condition, but considering there are 2 hairline fractures (one by the mic on the bottom and one by the IR transmitter), and scuff marks on the left side I would have to disagree with the condition. Screen and back don't have scratches. Not that this matters too much, but box of phone was in pretty poor condition. Shipping was really quick. Overall though I'm happy with the phone.
