Shipping was fast and item was in good condition, except... i specifically asked and insisted that I wanted it ONLY if the spacebar was as firmly in place as the other keys around it. I opened up the package, and the spacebar felt very loose and rattled and moved around which was exactly what I DIDN'T want. Seller claimed it was as firm as can be, which is clearly NOT the case.

The phone is in pristine condition as described by the seller, however, the screen had a tiny scratch which is hardly noticeable unless you closely focus. Also, without any issues the phone was connected to the Rogers network in Canada with LTE connectivity.
