I received my device very quickly after I made the purchase. I was extremely pleased with the communication between the seller and I, including accommodations that were made in order to assist me.
I only wish that the phone had been better protected and padded in the packaging in which it was shipped.

Since we live relatively close Zach met me halfway to drop the phone off to me. We ran into an issue with functionality, but he was prompt to respond to all questions and ended up covering the cost to repair the small issue that needed to get fixed. At the end of the day, things don't always work out perfectly, but when you have someone who takes ownership and incentive then the problems can be easily overshadowed by the seller's integrity. Zach displayed exemplary responsiveness and cooperation and I'd definitely buy from him again.
