Although the phone arrived with an issue, Nick was very helpful and accommodated me really well. Absolutely no complaints.

The phone I received from this seller was in great shape and was packaged well. However, there was an issue with it. The seller was cooperative during the return process and did refund the full purchase price. He, did not, however, refund the return shipping cost, even though Swappa encourages the seller to do so in the event of a defective device, which is why I'm giving him 4 stars.
