Seller was very professional and shipped on time. Sorry for not completing the sale earlier!

I received the phone and the camera was cracked. The cracked camera was not included in the description nor in the pictures of the phone. The seller said that he would give me a partial refund but I never heard back from him. When I went to the apple store to get it fixed , they told me that there was water damage inside of the phone and that they will not fix the camera as a result. I am very disappointed. Swappa told me to go through PayPal but they said that it was too late to resolve this issue with them. Now I am stuck with a phone that is damaged and no where to go.

I received the first phone they sent me then it didn't work so I sent it back.. then they sent me a second phone but it never came..
so I just got a refund

I did not understand that the phone was coming without a SIM card, but that might be my error rather than the seller's. Other than that, it was exactly as advertised and came quickly, and fortunately I have a SIM card from my old phone.
