Phone was blacklisted 3 months after purchase and the seller made it very difficult to get my money back. Filed dispute with PayPal, sent it the phone, and seller told PayPal that he didn't get it. Had to call PayPal to get my money back. Would not recommend.

Sold blacklisted iPhone 11 Pro Max. Verizon cannot do anything to remove the blacklist so the device is permanently locked to Verizon. AVOID THIS SELLER!!!

Phone came on time and I gave it as a gift to a friend. They opened it up and it was blacklisted. Contacted seller and he was extremely rude, saying that I should have bought from an Apple store if I wanted to buy a guaranteed phone and hey can’t control the imei’s. Doesn’t follow any of the rules of this site. Have been using swappa for years but this is probably the last time now that I know sellers like this are allowed to do their fraudulent business on here.

I received phone put SIM card in it and Verizon suspended my account my husband spent 3 hours on phone with Verizon to find out this phone was blacklisted they said someone purchased phone and never paid for it, I contacted swappa and seller the seller said oh this must be from my other account , but he put a different serial number on listing than what was attached to phone and the IMEI numbers didn’t match I had to send phone back and yonny has refunded money but now I have to wait up to 4 weeks to see refund on my card , I will not ever purchase another phone anywhere but Verizon or Apple store which I did I just upgraded through Verizon and got a legit phone soBuyers Be Ware of This Seller

This phone reseller gave me a very difficult time over selling me a fraudulent phone. I asked for an invoice to show the phone was paid off and he told me I needed to pay full retail price in order to receive the invoice or if I'm not happy just send the phone back. So I needed to pay more than what I bought the phone for to get an invoice? That threw up a red flag that he wanted more money to provide documentation he never had. I called Verizon and was told the phone is bad. It was attached to a closed account in someone else's name. He refused several times to pay for return shipping, per swappa policy, so I had to pay. Told me to check IMEI numbers before I purchase phones on swappa. Ok.. Swappa doesn't work like that. Told me to remove my negative rating. Just goes on and on. Reimbursed for the shipping and the phone. Left me a PayPal message attached to the refund calling me a cheap b and buy from Apple store next time. Buyer beware! Bad attitude! Worst Swappa experience ever!
