Great seller very honest straight up

BUYER BEWARE

Seller sold item, communicated and indicated that he would ship the item soon. He created a tracking number but never gave it to UPS. After a week of not receiving it and both the Swappa staff and I trying to contact him many times, I filed a Paypal claim

I stated multiple times that I wanted to complete the sale. He ended up refunding me the money and turned around and tried to sell it to another person

Now I'm not able to receive my refund for over 15 days from paypal. This is difficult as I still have to pay off the amount on my credit card. This makes it very difficult to buy another phone as I would essentially have to pay double the amount on my credit card now until Paypal finally issues me the refund to my card

This seller will lie to you, blame you for not going the extra mile to contact him to resolve things easier, and turn around and try to sell it to someone else. This seller apparently will not sell with integrity nor fulfill his obligations
