The watch is still on the previous owners account and I cannot activate it.
I purchased an iwatch from swappa and I can’t activate it. The item is apparently still attached to the original owner. The indications are that the original owner was d…[email protected] based on the error I am receiving. I found the solution but I cannot perform it. I found a solution at: "support.apple.com/kb/ts4515". Without the user's ID and password to release the watch from the previous user, I can't activate it. Other than that the watch was received quicl\kly and in mint condition.
