The phone looks great but my only problem is that it has screen burns. It did not say in the description under damage and I verified with the seller and I was told it has no screen burn. But other than that so far it seems ok.

I received a defective phone but the seller gave me an excellent replacement. Here's my experience:

Pros: Seller offered a great price for the phone. Replies within a day, and will follow rules to be in good standing with Swappa. Seller also gave me a great replacement phone, same as the one originally advertised.

Seller didn't initially want to refund the whole return shipping reimbursement, but did so at the end after a reminder from Swappa.

In the end I got the phone I wanted at a great price. The seller is legit and wants to stay in good standing. So for this reason, I would recommend others to purchase from this seller.

Great condition but had trouble setting up Instagram account until realized settings was set to block text messages from Instagram.

Phone died after 4 months and seller refused to refund, replace, or offer discount on another item. Terrible customer service
