i entered payment information but seller says it didn't go through? and no one ever contacted me before or after voiding the sale. i was waiting for my phone. logged on to check and found it was voided....

Please contact me the phone is not as is the battery doesn't charge over 15% and when I unplug it from the charger it powers off
