Shipped an iPhone in a cheap, unsafe envelope which seller later used to reason why the sealed wrapper opened. As an experienced Apple consumer, I believe the phone actually had been opened before shipped. Note: this phone was listed as unopened.

Awesome seller, great communication, phone arrived promptly and without fault.

Received in perfect condition! It literally still had the plastic on most of the pieces and the majority of the accessories that came with it had never even been removed from the box and were in their original packaging. A few extra goodies like cases and a screen protector made it even nicer. It always great to have the original packaging with a smart phone, as it is an easy way to have a physical version of the IMEI.

Phone listed as mint with seller description of "absolutely no scratches or signs of wear and tear" Phone arrived with two deep 1/2" scratches on the screen. The seller was very apathetic toward the situation. Only resolution he offered was for me to PAY to ship the phone back to him for a refund. If you buy from him, be sure to ask lots of questions and get lots of pictures(Pixel XL) , unless of course you are a glutton for punishment. F-
