Phone arrived in a large box without packaging or padding materials except for a single mailing envelope, which likely caused a hairline fracture on the phone screen. When seller was approached about issue, they claimed that the item was properly packaged. Fortunately, insurance was purchased for the phone and an insurance payment for the damage was received.

Overall fast communication and shipping, but the seller would be well served by investing in some bubble wrap.
