Decent shipping speed and item was received as described

Seller describes a package that includes a $99 Apple Smart folio case but instead ships with a flimsy $15 Amazon folio. When called out, at first says he didn’t realize it was not an Apple branded folio (OK?) and that I got such a great deal, and he lost money on the sale (Really? Ya Think?) he didn’t think he needed to make an adjustment. I suggested a minimum adjustment of $50 and he offered $25. In the end, he made the $50 paypal adjustment after much unneeded back and forth and not without a lot of pushback and resistance given it was his mistake and shortfall. I’m refraining from negative and choosing neutral since the rest of the package was as described, but I did feel a bit slighted by this seller even after he knew there was a shortfall, he didn’t want to make any kind of adjustment.
