This was bar none the best interaction I have ever had buying anything online. #realtalk
John answered the questions I had promptly and even said that he would ship the phone within the hour if I were to buy it. I bought the phone and an hour later I get a picture of the shipping receipt and tracking number with a thank you from John. He even put my email into the USPS tracker so I got updates and true to his word I got the phone two days later as promised.
Everything with the phone and accessories was as expected and I did a little happy dance since I have needed a phone for quite some time.
The phone was even charged all the way when I turned it on which is such a thoughtful thing to do.
