Chip has made my first Swappa experience so wonderful! He was very responsive and helpful when answering all my questions and even provided his phone number in case I wanted to speak to him. He gave me a call to tell me when he shipped the phone and I received the package the next week. He supplied the phone and with all its accessories + phone cases and email transactions between Google (in case I need to use the remaining warranty).
